“You can really learn things from the wisdom of crowds”

A line from Nicholas Kristof, the famed NYT journalist and blogger, on how he harnesses social media – in particular Twitter. He qualifies this by saying: “I wouldn’t necessarily trust that information, but it gave me ideas about questions to ask.” Perhaps a lesson in there for brands who are seeking to make more of their customer interaction and engagement via social networks. (via Fast Company)
