Will the big four’s ‘tech war’ clear a new path to your customers?

It’s difficult to know sometimes whether the big four (previously tech companies, now just global-everything companies) are improving the road and making it easier to reach your customer destination, or whether actually they are preparing a moat and bridge (no doubt with a pricey toll attached).

Either way, it’s essential to keep an eye on the developments at Apple, Facebook, Google and Amazon, so that you can prepare your message and an appropriate vehicle to transport it… As a starter, how easily does Siri find your product and service vs Google (which you should by now have covered)?.
